    Thanks for reaching out! To help us better understand the issue, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing, and where you’re seeing it?

    Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Additionally, could you share the steps you’re taking leading up to this error?

    I don’t use any theme and I don’t have any plugins enabled.

    Thank you for sending a screenshot! I see you’re having this issue while using the WooCommerce setup wizard.

    This seems like it could be a connection problem between your site and our servers where the countries list is fetched from. As a first step, please ensure your server’s firewall isn’t blocking outgoing connections to WooCommerce.com. If you’re not sure how to check this, your hosting provider should be able to confirm.

    You could you also try the following:

    1. Check your internet connection to make sure it’s stable.
    2. Disable any VPNs that could block the connection.
    3. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then restart your browser and attempt the process again.
    4. Re-install WooCommerce plugin to start fresh.
    5. If you’re comfortable, check your site’s error logs to see if there are any related errors that might point to the issue.
