Hi!

Great plugin. Been waiting for this for a long time!

However, I am having an issue where the shipping method returns a No Shipping Methods Available when testing Sendle Regional and Remote addresses.

Any idea what might be the cause of this?

We have tested with regional address, its working fine.

You need to check the following list and make sure the suburb or location is currently serviced by Sendle

Hi,

The address is serviced by Sendle, I have tested it with multiple regional and remote areas (cross-checked with the list provided by Sendle).

Below is a screenshot test of two addresses:

Aust Post continues to work for both addresses. But Sendle simply disappears.

Hi there, I have tested the NT Adress, its working fine on my end. What are your Pickup Suburb and postcode you have set ? if you don’t mind, can you share the FTP login info via my contact form

maybe you try following way,

1 disable all plugins except woocommerce, and sendle shipping plugin
2 switch to wordpress default theme

than test NT address again to see how is going
