Yea Josh, I never got a response. I went with another plugin that did a lightbox popup too but it had the same issue… So finally I resorted to developing a plugin to fix it on that plugin

Here’s what I think is happening:
I assume we are all on multisite installations.
On a multisite installation, wp-login.php?action=register is redirected to wp-signup.php. This plugin uses wp-login.php?action=register no matter what.
I tried changing the action part of the form and made other modifications to make this work with wp-signup.php, but I’m not skilled enough to make it work.
Maybe someone else has an idea?
Still working on a workaround for this, I am very close. I will post instructions when I have it all working.

Click here to see the instructions. I had to move them to pastebin because WordPress forums messed up the formatting. Make sure not to include any of the ` characters.
I know it looks like a lot, but it’s really not too much to do. It’ll take 5 minutes of your time. If you guys need help I can post some examples.
