    hello,
    it’s possible, that the login data(ticket system) is different of the wordpress login data?
    and it’s possible, to create and send the login data automatically after a sale?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Unfortunately our plugin makes use of WordPress’ login system as all ticket authors are linked to it from there.

    Would you mind elaborating on the login data you want automatically sent after a sale? Are you using an E-commerce integration? If so, which one, and what do you have in mind for this?

    hi,

    i sell digital products and only the customers, who sell a product, they should have access to the support.
    when the login is the same, then evrybody can create a new wordpress account and then they have also access to the support.
    this is my problem….

    Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t support this and would require a custom integration to achieve this.
