Register button not working

    Hi,

    The “register” button isn’t working. I’ve allowed the option “anyone can register” in the back-end of WordPress. When I click the button, the valid URL appears but ends on a redirect on localhost.

    I’ve used the plugin within two themes, twentynineteen and my custom theme. Both are not responding correctly.

    Hi,

    Make sure you properly select default page in configurations.
    Default page must have any shortcode of JS Support Ticket.
    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configuraitons

    If problem not solved, open private support ticket at joomsky.com
