Hi, after I fill out the registration form there’s a message saying “Something went wrong. Please contact site admin.” but it was working prior to that.

Hi @killzem,

This issue is likely caused by a PHP warning/error showing in your AJAX request, if you have debugging enabled that could cause it.

Are you able to provide a link to your site? I might be able to tell by viewing the site.
