Also, how can i change what appears written in the forms? i want to change to another language.
Hi:
There is an option under TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL that allow you to control whether the registration form is used.
Regarding translation – WordPress has a number of tools and plugins that allow you to provide different translations to your end users.
For awesome support, the translations themselves can be done on poeditor.com: https://poeditor.com/join/project/P6HgfPnBt4
Just join the project, request the language you want and translate the strings. You can then download the translation in the file format you need (in this case it would be po/mo files) and place them in the languages folder under the awesome-support folder. Don’t forget to use the filenames that WordPress expects for the locale.
Once you switch the language in the WordPress admin panel it should automatically pick up your translation for Awesome Support.
I already translated 26% and after changing the language to portuguese and a wordpress update, the plugin was already translated, at least the parts i already worked on.
Do i still need to download the translation file and upload on WordPress folder?
Thanks
If the translation you need is already showing properly then you don’t need to upload anything else. You only need to upload the new file if you have additional items you need translated or you need to change the translation. Since we just pushed 4.0.2 last night it probably included the translations you (or someone else) did on poedit.
