Register form not working suddenly

    My registration form is now rejecting new people.

    The response is “you are not allowed to do this”

    Never seen this before. Any ideas where this conflict is coming from and how to resolve please are gratefully received.

    Hello @barbarabrennan,

    The error message “You are not allowed to do this” is most likely caused by having a caching issue either from a separate plugin or a caching solution provided by your host. You will probably be able to solve the issue by excluding all the pages created with our shortcodes from the cache.
