• I INSTALLED WORDPRESS
    THEN I INSTALLED BUDDY PRESS

I do not see in any page the option to register

buddy press has a standard register page (in the pages menu)

if i create a “register ” page and then associate it (in the buddy press menu) to the buddy press register it is not anymore visible in the website

if I associate the buddy press register to another page of the website
then the previous associate page reappears

I simply ant to have in the website
    under the login cells
    a clickable “register ” option
that will open the registering form

the website shall be partly public partly private

onyly registered users shall be able to post and contribute

it is a website about robotiquette

    http://www.robotiquette.eu/wordpress

  • The registration page is called /bpreg/

Can you not just set the menu link to that URL?

    Hi David

    I was working in safari

I also tried to find the register clickable or the page no way

So I tried firefox (on the same Mac) and on hte home page apeared the clickable register an account.

Since I had previously created a registration form, when I click it appears.

Still it is not in the register page (co you can access only from the clickable link.

    But iw owrks

the registration form page that appears is bpreg/

so I guess it could have been a safari problem.

Now maybe is better if I leave it like it is and not use the register blank page that i had previously created. (it is not anymore needed)

    thanksagain
