Register redirect link error in multisite

Hi,

I am building a subdirectory based multisite. the original one is for Korean and another is for English. (eg: http://www.mysite.com/ & http://www.mysite.com/en/)

This plugin is perfect to the original site. but, I found an error that it redirects to the custom register link of the original site (eg: http://www.mysite.com/wp-signup.php) when an user registers in the “subdirectory site” (eg: http://www.mysite.com/en/login/?action=register).

For your info, I am using another login plugin “WPS Hide Login”.
