Tell me how you added the [wppb-register] shortcode on that page. Did you just write it inside the WordPress Content box ? Can you check to see if there is any formatting applied to it ?
About the login shortcode, what doesn’t work ? The redirect_url parameter ? What is happening ? Do you get redirected to the same page ?

You didn’t tell me how you added it on that page.
Run a test by disabling all of your plugins except Profile Builder and then check to see if the wppb-register shortcode is rendering and also if the redirect_url parameter from the wppb-login shortcode redirects correctly.

as i told you,
not formatting are applied to shortcode, i have added it as other shortcode in page text editor.
other shortcode are working fine, Register shortcode is not working.
Do the test with the plugins and let me know if it changes anything.
