    Hello I cannot connect a site I help maintain to jetpack.

    Jettpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host. Operation timed out after 15002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    What do I need to change with the host to get this to work?

    We’ve now fixed the issue, you should be able to connect your site to your WordPress.com account.

    If you still experience issues, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
