Registering Wrong Shop URL

Hi, the plugin installs to wordpress, that’s fine however when I go into the plugin and register, it gives me a 404 error.

I have a good idea of the problem because my shop is not located at http://www.darkmello.com, rather at http://www.darkmello.com/shop. The plugin is confused about where the woocommerce store is, thus I get this error.

Please can anyone assist, I do not have much knowledge about plugin developing.
