If you are sure that the registration is completed via the User Registration form and the user login option does not work for you, you may have configured the setting from the general setting. We recommend you configure the user login option from your individual form.
Please go to your Dashboard >> User Registration >> Edit the form you have created >> click on the Form Settings >> you will find User Login Option >> Chose the email confirmation option From drop-down >> save.
