Registration and form

I want to pull the contact information off of my registration page and place in one Constant Contact list and, in addition, place a separate form on my homepage for sign-ups for my mailing list. Two different applications going to two different lists within Constant Contact. However, I can get it to go to my mailing list but the checkbox on my registration page does NOT forward to CC. Any suggestions??
