This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

I did a conflict test and it wasn’t any of the plugins that I have installed so that leaves the theme I’m using which is Divi. I didn’t deactivate the theme but I rolled back the Ultimate Member version back to the last one and the registration button is now working again. So it must be a conflict with Divi?

I updated the plugin to 2.1.13 but still had the same problem with the registration form. When I try to hit ‘register’ I get the grey circle with the strike through it that won’t allow the registration to go through.
I have the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of Divi and I am getting the same problem. Another version of the site I am using has an older version of Divi and the buttons work on that site. Will the conflict with the latest version of Divi get looked at?

@rocheobs Are you able to check if there’s any javascript error in the Browser console logs?
@coopsie27 – Could you also take a look if there’s any javascript error in the browser console? Also, does your site have any captcha plugin? If so, please try disabling it and see if the issue still occurs?

Sorry but I’m still having this issue. I had used a rollback plugin for a while and just wasn’t updating Ultimate Member but then your big update came out last month so I updated. Now the registration button isn’t working. I checked the Browser Console logs and got the following:
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for chrome-extension://liecbddmkiiihnedobmlmillhodjkdmb/js/content.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
Is this related to the issue?

Could you please try using a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021? Let’s see if this is an issue with your current theme.

I don’t really want to do this as it would mess up the current site and I don’t have time to then go in and fix it all when we change it back. Is there any other option? For the registration page, I didn’t use the Divi builder to see if that worked but it didn’t.
I see that a couple of other people in this forum have had the same issue and they are using Divi, so my guess is that it’s a theme conflict. Can this be fixed?
