Registration & Custom post types

Hello,
I would like to use your premium plugin version, but before I buy it, I’d like to unsure myself it will do things I need.
I have WordPress site with custom post type – model and I would like to create form called “Become a model”, which would provide possibility for models to register and create custom post type (linked in background by some DB keys) with her information.
Do you think it will be possible with your plugin, or will I need to edit source code?
