registration disabled

    I just updated to the latest version of Graphene. I have registration disabled. Sometimes when the site loads it says “registration is disables” instead of showing the static home page. My site is http://www.doverbay.ca. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if they know of a fix. Thanks in advance for your help.
