registration does not work

hallo,

I tested the registrationa with a test account and everything was ok.

Now people try to make a new registration and nothing happens, non from their side, nore in my dashboard.

Why, what happened?

for your feedback.

Youzify version is 1.3.7

and BuddyPress is 14.4.0

Everything was working since I opened it to the public.

What’s wrong?

This is a known bug related to the Youzify registration form shortcode. Our team has identified the issue and it will be fixed in the next update.

For now, we recommend using the default Youzify registration form instead of the shortcode as a temporary workaround: https://kainelabs.ticksy.com/article/15013
