Hi. The registration form has a rule about empty fields. However, there is no rule about a valid email address so you can register with an email like “dfgdfgfg”. Any suggestion about this? Thanks in advanced.

Hi @kountouretis, are you expecting a confirmation of the email before it is submitted? If the email is invalid it probably won’t create a registrant anyway in GoToWebinar…

Hi, @northern Beaches Websites. Thanks for your reply. The issue is that everyone can register without adding a valid email address. For example, if I register with an email “skjfsdkf” in GoTowebinar dashboard I have a registration with a fake email. It would be better to have a rule about email so the client cannot complete the registration form without adding a valid email address like [email protected].

    Hi @kountouretis,

I can see GoToWebinar surprisingly doesn’t validate the email; this is frankly pretty bizarre. I have released an update now, version 13.4 that fixes this. Thanks,
