Thank you for responding. Let me try to explain, will attach some screenshots for you to understand. Using the ‘Configure Plan + Signup Page’ I set up a membership registration, copied the shortcode, [arm_setup id=”1″], pasted the shortcode on a page to have a registration page for members. This page when viewed shows this.

Hope you understand what I am trying to say. The registration page should have the ‘Please Signup’ and ‘Payment details’ all together. But the info for ‘Please signup’ does not show up.

It may happens because you are already logged in and checking that page. OR you are admin user and checking that page.
Try to check in another browser where any user is not loggedin.
