Registration form doesn’t work

Hello guys!

I’m trying to use your plugin in my project and adapt it for Russian, but I have a problem with the registration form.

I set up the default registration form http://joxi.ru/EA4KoP5coEKM12 (as you can see I include email),
in setting select the right page http://joxi.ru/52anl7diEzWW9A
and haven’t changed anything at “Register” page http://joxi.ru/KAxYL4EtZ566vr.

But unfortunately registration form doesn’t work providing me this message:
“The registration form cannot be used because either a username or email field is required to process registrations. Please edit the form and add at least the email field. http://sitename/wp-admin/users.php?page=wpum-registration-forms#/”

So, what shall I do to turn on registration form?
