Registration Form Fields

I am just getting started with ClassDex. I am hoping to use it for registering people for on line classes for a small distance learning college. The student registration form assumes that residence is in the USA. Is it possible to customize the registration form to include other countries? Also is it possible to add in additional information fields? Thanks so much.
