    Hello,

We have an issue with your registration form. The next button on a multi step form do not work anymore.

Form on the registration page, javascript error:

    1. The label’s <code class=” “>for attribute doesn’t match any element <code class=” “>id. This might prevent the browser from correctly autofilling the form and accessibility tools from working correctly. To fix this issue, make sure the label’s <code class=” “>for attribute references the correct <code class=” “>id of a form field.
      1. 4 resources
        1. Violating node (show errors on checkbox fields and some others)

I can not see my form in the back-office, the list is empty. Javascript error:
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘addEventListener’)
    at HTMLDocument. (profilegrid-user-photos-extension-admin.js?ver=2.4:37:22)

Additionally, map localisation didn’t succeed for our last inscriptions.

    Thank your for your help

    Hello,

    I have issue with geocoding.

My google maps api key is correctly configured and Maps apps are active.

When I save a user, I always get the following error:

ProfileGrid Geolocation: Google Geocoding API request was denied. Please review your API keys and restrictions on the Geolocation Settings page.

    Thank you for your help

    Hello @lekiend,

    Thank you for the update.

The error message indicates that the Google Geocoding API request is being blocked by the API key restrictions or required Google services are not fully enabled.

Please kindly verify the following settings in your Google Cloud Console:

    1. Make sure the following APIs are enabled:
    • Geocoding API
    • Maps JavaScript API
    • Places API
    1. Check API key restrictions:
    • If HTTP referrer restrictions are enabled, ensure your website domain is added correctly.
    • For testing purposes, you may temporarily remove restrictions to confirm whether the issue is related to the API configuration.
    1. Verify billing is enabled on your Google Cloud account, as Google Geocoding services require an active billing account even within free usage limits.
    2. After updating the settings, please save the API key again in:
ProfileGrid → Global Settings → Geolocation Settings

Then test by updating a user profile again.

Regarding the multi-step registration form issue, the fix has already been included in our latest update. Please make sure you are using the most recent version of ProfileGrid and all related extensions.

If the issue still persists after these checks, please share:

    • Your current ProfileGrid version
    • A screenshot of the Google API restriction settings
    • Any browser console errors you still see

We’ll be happy to investigate further.
