Just wondering if you could help with this one please?

I get the following error message when our website when booking tickets:
Warning: there was a problem sending you the registration mail, please contact the site administrator to sort this out

None of our bookers are receiving confirmation email.

I’d really appreciate any support on this.

    Thank you 🙂

Go in the EME mail settings and configure them correctly. If you don’t know about your smtp settings, ask your provider or use “php mail” or “wp mail” as sending methods.
Then go in the Mail submenu en do a test email to verify your settings.

I’m receiving the test email fine. But on the booking page I’m still getting the error message.

Is the contact person receiving the mail? If not, something is wrong with that email address.
Also check/ask your mailserver logfiles while sending mail, maybe the from is not allowed to send mails to the internet or so … if unclear: ask your provider for assistance here.

Brilliant, it’s working now. Final question. The #_RESPNAME on the email is just pulling through the last name. How do I add the first and last name?

    Thanks so much

It was the ‘php mail’ setting. For some reason it didn’t save when I changed it so had to go back in and do it. Thanks again for your help 🙂
