Can you share a full-page screenshot of what you see at SETTINGS => GENERAL? (You may upload your screenshot to https://snipboard.io and share the link here)

I’m usting the pi register plugin.

To help with troubleshooting, kindly disable this plugin temporarily and test to see if the problem persists.

I disabled the pi register plugin but nothing has changed.

Thanks for the update and the screenshot.

From your screenshot, your site is part of a Multisite network… and things are a little different in that case.

On a Multisite network, only the network administrator (aka SuperAdmin) can enable registrations.

If you’re a SuperAdmin, go to:

MY SITES => NETWORK ADMIN => SETTINGS => Registration Settings

If you’re NOT a SuperAdmin, you’ll need to “beg” a SuperAdmin to do this for you 😀

    Good luck!
