    I am receiving the following notifications of new members but I don’t know who they are. Where do I fix this please?

    A new member has registered. The following email was sent to the member. ——-Member Email———- We received your registration. Thank you ….. ——End——

    Hi, can you check the plugins members? Can you also check under Users in WordPress. If they are found in Users that means that you have the following feature Settings -> General -> Membership enabled in WordPress.

    Thank you. Indeed I did have Membership enabled. I unticked it and tried another registration.

    Good news: new membership registration seemed to go perfectly creating member in Users and Members.

    Bad news: Email received is still generic with no information about who subscribed.

    Can you enable debug mode and carry out another test. Then view the log file.
