I have followed your ‘troubleshooting tips’ and the log file displays all entries apart from any listing email.
This has worked in the past. It’s only recently my client has noticed the problem. Could a plugin update, or the latest WordPress update have caused the issue?

Hi, if it was working in the past then I am sure there is conflict somewhere. Try deactivating all other plugins and then carrying out a test.

Hi, unfortunately I have inherited this website from a previous developer. I have asked the client to source the license number, or the email address from where the plugin was purchased from, but they haven’t been able to get them. If they were to purchase the plugin again, would this qualify them for premium support, to finally get this issue resolved?
