Registration page problems

    Hi all,
    I have a problem that is making me scratch my head.

    I am trying to get this set up properly and I only have one level available, Free so I would like to bypass the page that shows the levels.

    My problem is if I set Choose Subscription Type to Subscription Plan then, of course, it shows the levels page. But if it does that then clicking on the signup button does nothing. It does not take you to the registration form it just reloads the page. I checked the course and the link for the button shows as https://jimandms.com/register/?lid=2

    Now, if I set the Choose Subscription Type to Predefined Level, then it just enters into a loop and I get the Too many redirects error.

    I am going to be bald by the end of the day if this keeps up…

    Does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on here?

    What plugins are you using?

    Given the use case you outlined above not sure where the levels and subscriptions come into it.

    Edit: Looks like your using Ultimate Member Pro in which case they can’t answer you here, you have to open a ticket on their site to get an answer. Nevertheless, not seeing the issue mentioned on your site nor should you be getting it with only a single free membership level.
