Thank you for sharing more information.
The post-registration event redirect is not redirecting to the page I’ve created.
What is the URL you entered in this field?
Kind regards.

The slug on the page is registration-in-review. I created this page because membership needs to be approved first. So it has a message there. The default is telling people that they need to verify their email address which they don’t need to do.
Did you enter the page URL value in the After Registration Redirect URL field. For example: https://yoursite.com/member-login?
Regards.

All of that was done prior to submitting this support thread.
Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps. This will determine if there is a conflict with one of your other plugins and or your theme.

Let me know how you go.

May I first ask why one of the plugins would cause a redirect issue? What type of plugin would one think would cause this type of problem?
There might be a feature in another plugin or theme that might interfere with the redirection process of our plugin.
Regards.

Great. I’ll install a fresh demo then and only add your plugin to it.

Fresh install. 1) Twenty Twenty Five theme, no plugins active but the membership plugin. 2) created a new page, added the settings to the URL field. 3) sent a test registration – the page did not redirect to the newly created page.

Hello I just carried out a test and it works for me. I set up the plugin as per your situation. I created a new page for redirection. I made sure the page is not protected. Then I added the full URL to the following field After Registration Redirect URL. I then went to a different browser and carried out a free registration test. Once I completed filling in the registration form I was redirected to the page added to the following field After Registration Redirect URL. So I can confirm that it is working for me.
Testing site specs.
- PHP Version: 8.2.12
- Simple Membership version: 4.6.9
- WordPress version: 6.9
- Theme: Suffusion
Kind regards.
