Registration password

Hello,

First of all, I’d like to thank you for developing this plugin, it’s really great!

I was wondering if there is a possibility for a user to select his own password upon registration, rather than being emailed with a link to the reset password page?

The reason I need this is because WordPress uses the PHP mailer to send out emails so they end up in the users spam box, so basically is there a way to enable a password form on the registration page, or maybe a way to send emails via SMTP instead of the PHP mailer?
