Registration/Payment Issues with Event+

    Hello,

    I have installed Event+ or Event Plus and everything is great except when I try to register for a class on my calendar. I click on the class in October, I click the terms and agreements, I enter my registration information, I choose the number of seats And hit submit then it takes me to a new page where it says number of attendees 0, “ You are registering for 0 persons. Please provide the name of each person” and “you must select at least one registration item, please go back and select an item!”

    There is no where for anyone to pay for the class either. I have allowed stripe and upload the API keys.

    Can someone please help?

    Hi @kbyrne02,
    I had a quick look at your calendar page and you don’t seem to be using our calendar plugin. Could you confirm that for me?

    I’m not sure who’s plugin you are using but I guess they provide a support channel for you.
