Registration Problem

    Dear Ultimate Member.

    Currently I’m creating website to use Ultimate Member(UM).

    However, I can not register by UM with log out status.

    Also I can not see my custom registration form with log out status.

    When I log in, I can see my registration form and I can register.

    the registration web address is http://www.moosoo.com/test/register/

    and User Id : [redacted by moderator]
    Password : [redacted by moderator]

    Would you check about this problem?

    Please delete that user immediately. Any person can see those details.

    I can see the register form on your site via the link you provided me. You probably need to clear your browser cache. Thanks 🙂

    Dear Guys.

    Yes, you can see the register form on our site, but it is not my custom register form and also it does not work too.

    If you log in, you can see my custom register form and also it will work well.

    However, my custom register form is for new users who does not have ID.

    Would you help me to solve this problem?

    No you don’t have to pay $99 to post on forum. It is free to get support on our site. The new topic form is at bottom of this page. You just neec to register for free to post a topic.
