Registration problems

    I’m experiencing two problems with the registration form:

    1. The labels ‘Your Name’ and ‘Email address’ aren’t showing in the text fields

    2. The form is displaying an error message ‘Please complete the form’ even tho all fields have been completed.

    Any ideas on what I may have fone wrong are welcome

    Hi,

    Thanks, the link you provided doesn’t show me any registration forms that I can find – so I’m unable to get a visual understanding of your issue.

    I would advise against proving another link to your site as that become public any MAY appear in search (and the moderators will not remove links ) – so if you create a test page just provide the last part of the url. e.g. ?page_id=999

    You can provide screenshots here using image sharing site links e.g. https://imgbb.com/

    It would be very useful if you screenshot non confidential general settings and event settings so I can understand what options you have.

    OK I think on that one you ask for them to get an email confirmation and sign up – yet there is no email input.
