Hello,
is it possible to use the plugin without a separate user registration? I have a membership area already which creates simple WP users. Unfortunalty these users are not allowed to create a ticket, although they are logged in to WordPress.

Second question. Is it possible to add a FAQ area which is also password protected like the ticket system?

Any registered user on your website can log in if they have the capabilities to do that.

Normally, when a user registers through the plugin, he/she is given the role of Support User.

However, if you are installing into a WordPress system that already has users who are registered then these users will already have a role assigned – a role that will not have these special ticket capabilities.
