Registration vs. profile

    I’ve been struggling with the setup on a variety of reasons. One immediate area is trying to figure out the difference between “register” and “profile” pages.

    In many cases all of the fields in “profile” do not appear (front end for a new user). Instead of putting these fields in “profile” should they really go in “registration”?

    Hi @sbkitchen20,

    If you want to display all fields that your users fill in during registration you have to add the same fields to your profile form.

    Can you explain how one would add those fields? Or point me to the right place in the documentation?

    Hi @pparkadmin,

    Please go to Ultimate member -> forms and you’ll see the profile and registration forms.
    Basically, your profile form should contain the same fields that your registration form.
    Once you’ve opened one of your forms you’ll see the plus icon which will open a fields manager dialog window.
