Registration without mailing

    Good day!
    I need to make WordPress 2.1 Beta show password for new registered users just after the registration, without mailing it. Because my hoster disabled sendmail.

    I know how to make it with version 2.0.x , but how to make it with 2.1?

    Please, help me with this.

    Same as you I need the registration process to go as smooth as possible

    1) registration form
    2) Confirm
    2) change password

    I’m having trouble trying to parse the random password in to the page that follows the registtation form is I could do that

    I can make that page a confirm page and include the random password in a hidden form and that will log new users in automaticaly after signup. Than i can propt them to change the password

    3 steps but trully no email confirm and no login
