    Hello support,

We’ve noticed since about 2 weeks that the registrations for an event are no longer visible under ‘Registrations’ in wp-admin, it only displays the number of registrations followed by an ‘infinite’ symbol. There’s also only 1 event visible here, while we currently have multiple events with registrations enabled. See this screenshot:

Our customer frequently asks us for a list of registrations, which we have to manually get out of the database now.

I hope to hear from you soon.

    Hey tomzwart,

Sorry for the trouble! I have a few questions to see if I can figure out what might be going on.

Have you tried switching the filter from “upcoming” events to “all”? https://snag.gy/e1XOJy.jpg

What value are you getting for the event_id column for these registrations? Is this the same as the id that displays in the address bar when editing the event? https://snag.gy/wSE3bY.jpg

Did anything about your site or database change as of 2 weeks ago?

I’d be happy to take a look if you wanted to provide admin access. Here is a link to our support page:

    Hey again tomzwart,

I just wanted to check in with you and see if you needed any more help with this. I would definitely be interested if there was some sort of bug occurring that could be fixed.

I hope you are having a great week otherwise.

    Thanks,

    Craig

Thanks for your response! I’ve put the answers to your questions below:

Have you tried switching the filter from “upcoming” events to “all”? https://snag.gy/e1XOJy.jpg
    – I did try this, when I change the filter to ‘view all’ I get no results at all and when I switch to ‘select start date’ it displays the same info as the filter ‘view upcoming’.

What value are you getting for the event_id column for these registrations? Is this the same as the id that displays in the address bar when editing the event? https://snag.gy/wSE3bY.jpg
    – Yes the ID’s are the same, with this ID I can still get the registrations out of the database.

Did anything about your site or database change as of 2 weeks ago?
    – No

I also checked the error log for errors, but there aren’t any…

That is very strange. Would you be willing to send me your system info from the Support tab using our support page? https://roundupwp.com/support/

It might also be helpful to have admin access but we could start with the system info.

    Thanks,

    Craig

I’ve sent the system info. Unfortunately though I can’t give you admin access to our customer website.

It turned out that we missed some columns in the registration table in the database, after manually adding those the registrations were visible again!

Again thanks for all the support!
