Regitration Information

When someone register’s on my site where does that information go?

WP native fields are stored in wp_users, custom fields in wp_usermeta. Generally, the data can be viewed on the User Profile screen, go to Users > All Users and select the user to view.

Can I receive that registration information in an email?
