For your information, if you do not want to offer extra discounts on bundle, you can go to WPClever >> Product Bundles >> Coupon restriction >> https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/plugin-settings/coupon-restriction-2/. Enabling this will exclude smart bundles from coupon restrictions.
Our plugin doesn’t support category discounts since subitems inside smart bundles are bundled by the main product. They are not considered as individual items anymore. If you would like to offer discounts for different categories of products, it will cause issues with bundle discounts since you will need to set up dynamic pricing or discount rules, which is not supported by our plugin.
We recomment that you configure the deals and offers in the simplest way as possible to make things work smoothly.

But I do need extra discount on the bundle.
And even with this discount I would like that coupons could give extra discount eventhough the coupon is checked not to apply to items on sale.
So actually the bundle should be discounted price but without sale price.
Example:
I have a 10% bundle that the user can choose his products in the bundle.
Each product has different price so the total bundle price depends on the products.
When I set the bundle product I can see its’ total price is 1000 and its’ sale price is 900.
Because the sale price, the coupons are not working on the bundle because the coupons are set not to work on sale price.
How to solve it?

It is almost impossible to offer double discount like that. The bundle total price must always be defined as sale price for the 10% discount to work properly, else the whole bundle could be considered unpurchasable. Each product could not have more than one price value assigned to them, thus if there are more than one, it should be regular and sale ones.
I’m afraid we could not provide any solution to this. I will try to find another way of configuring the offer for your site. If it’s feasible, I will reach back to you soon.
