Regulating Plugin Access

Hello,
The Capability Manager is fantastic. It is allowing role access delegation with every plugin, except for media folders created by Fildbird Folders, and Contact Form 7. Any suggestions on how to regulate access/deletion of those plugin areas from the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin? Thanks in advance for your assistance and thanks for a great plugin!
