reinit plugin after ajax load

Enlighter v3.9.0 includes a hook to re-initialize the highlighting triggerd by jQuery.ajaxComplete.
In case you’re using jQuery just enable it in Enlighter -> Extensions -> Dynamic Content -> Query AJAX
