REINIT WP FASTEST CACHE COMPLETELY

For unknown reason I am not able to delete some exclusion made. The remove rule button doesn’t appear. I tried to delete the extension then reinstall but the exclusion remain.

I look in the table options but no wpfc entries.

I need to delete those exceptions past made with no solution
