Reinstall / reset options?

How can I start fresh with this plugin? Something went wrong along the way and I’m locked out of my WP admin panel when it’s active. I deactivated the plugin using the phpMyAdmin method then deleted it, but when I reinstall it I’m locked out again. The .htaccess file doesn’t show any lines written by All In One WordPress Security to delete or edit (I used to get around lockout issues by adding my IP address to the Allow from line… I use a VPN) but now I’m stuck.
