Reistration Form

Hi, I am starting a website for my rec basketball program. I am in the dark with word press. Someone told me I need a plug in to use on my registration page. I would like to use a registration form and then I would like to do online payment through paypal using paypal or any type of credit card. I can use a lot of help. Thanks
