Hey there, @devsur!
Thank you for reaching out to us about your site’s Related Posts. It doesn’t look like your site is currently connected to WordPress.com. Jetpack uses this connection to deliver many of its features, and that includes Related Posts.
Please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack, following the instructions here:
– https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/
Please let us know if you run into any issues, or if we can help with anything else! 🙂

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I just disconnected and reconnected but that doesn’t seem to solve the issue, unfortunately.

Thank you for reconnecting Jetpack! I’ve confirmed it’s connected now, and we have indexed your site’s posts – our database does have related posts for your site – but they’re not displaying correctly on your site.
The Related Posts feature is reliant on JavaScript. It looks like your site is using multiple plugins that may alter JavaScript’s behavior:
[0] => addfunc-head-footer-code/addfunc-head-footer-code.php (maybe, depending on what you added)
[5] => clearfy/clearfy.php
[25] => speed-booster-pack/speed-booster-pack.php
I am guessing you may have installed these plugins, to make this one happy:
[13] => google-pagespeed-insights/google-pagespeed-insights.php
Certain enhancements do not have a practical impact on your site’s performance/speed, but will cause issues for plugins that rely on JavaScript working as expected.
One of the caching plugins you’re using, Comet Cache, goes into great detail on why they don’t modify certain JavaScript behaviors:

I’d suggest deactivating any JavaScript enhancements/optimizations. You can alternatively exclude the entire Jetpack folder from any optimizations, in each plugin you’re using:
wp-content/plugins/jetpack
That would allow you to continue using those optimizations, without impacting Jetpack or the Related Posts feature.
Please let us know if you run into any issues doing this, or if we can help with something else! 🙂
