Related posts don't show

    Hi,

    A couple of things to check:
    a) Set the “Where there are no posts option” to the second one, i.e. Display

    If it displays “No related posts found” then you know the plugin is working correctly with the theme

    b) Another option is to check if the mySQL index is properly created. You can try to hit Recreate Index at the bottom of the settings page and see if this solves.

    Also, worth check in the mySQL db directly using phpMyAdmin or Adminer to see if they have been created.
