    Could you post the code you use here, so I can take a closer look? Could you also post your site URL, as well as a few examples where the excluded posts still appear in Related Posts?

    After a bunch of back and forth with support, I received this from Joen (“Jetpack Happiness Engineer”):

    Upon further digging I found we have a bug report for this internally. We’re tracking the issue, but I cannot say when it will be fixed. However, I’ve added a note about your issue, along with the code you supplied so our developers can have it for reference.

    The code I used was identical to the example code (https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/customize-related-posts/#exclude), except for changing the post IDs. It would be nice if there were some public acknowledgement of the bug so that users don’t waste a bunch of time trying to figure out what’s wrong.

    @adamp17 Unfortunately we haven’t found what’s causing the issue yet. The snippet works well for most people, but doesn’t in some cases. We don’t know why, though. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have some news!
