Related Posts not Publishing

I have been using related posts for some time. Recently, however, I have noted that they are not showing up on my published posts. I have them on the draft page, but when the post is published they don’t show up. I have gone back to older posts where they were once there , and they have disappeared from there as well. What do I need to do to get the to show?

config:
- WordPress 6.4.1
- Jetpack 12.8
- Custom Block Theme
The related posts where shown up in:
- Website Editor – single.html
- Blog Post – Draft
Related posts disappeared in:
- in the published block post
- in every published block post
What i did:
- going to filezilla
- delete jetpack 12.8
- upload jetpack 12.7.1
Everything is fine, related posts show up on every blog post in the frontend!
Is it possible, that there is a bug in Jetpack 12.8 ?
