Related Posts plugin?

I am using Efficient Related Posts but the plugin gives me the title of each new entry in all languages that the site is available in. Also, whenever looking at a post in another language and click any of the related posts, it sends me to the english version, of which the title link was in multiple languages. Is there a way to change this? Or is there a plug in that will work well with qtranslate? Preferably one with thumbnails? Thanks for the help guys, also I don’t know much code but will try my best to understand if someone replies with changing some code for an already existing plugin.
